Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition and packaging. Some items (e.g. perishable goods, downloadable products, personal care items) may be non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
